The staff especially the front desk were friendly and helpful and so were the cleaning staff. The rooms were very clean and staff very helpful. Great place to stay and will go back next year. Very close to restaurants and shopping and entertainment. Even real scrambled eggs.

Couple overnight stay for an early Mother's Day beach trip and surf fishing for my husband. Front Desk staff was wonderful. Asked for an early check-in and had a room available for us. Hotel room was clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom with good shower output. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, and other great options. Recommend this hotel to everyone and we will surely be back.

the employees, management and staff were all wonderful .. typically when in that area (2ce a year) I stay in places in St Augustine .. NO MORE .. my new home away from home in that area is BW Flagler Beach ! Breakfast area and choices .. excellent, room .. clean and comfortable as it could be.

Breakfast was great! A lot of choices!! Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Went out of their way to answer questions and make the stay more suitable and comfortable. Like you were part of their family.

I very much enjoyed the keurig machine in our room. We had optional room service everyday if we wanted. The hotel was centrally located. Close to the ocean and lots of shopping. We stayed in Flagler, Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. Flagler and this hotel were by far our favorite!!!!

The hotel was awesome! The staff was incredible! And we will return for sure. We have friends in Palm Coast and we visit frequently, so this will be our home away from home when we are in Palm Coast for sure!

Breakfast was missing some items, staff were nonchalant and shrugged shoulders when asked for "oatmeal". Sorry I have placed this in the wrong box!
